Step Into an Evening of Reflection and Renewal

An Evening Just for You

Life moves fast. Responsibilities pile up, doubts creep in, and before you know it, you’re running on empty. This evening is your invitation to pause, exhale, and reconnect with yourself.

Join Dr. Yanina Gomez and South Florida artist Paloma Eden for a two-hour intimate experience where mindfulness, creativity, and reflection meet. Through guided meditations, quiet journaling with watercolor, and intentional pauses, you’ll release self-doubt, embrace self-worth, and discover new ways to express what words can’t capture.

As you sip from a curated tea and wine bar, you’ll be invited to respond with color, texture, and imagery—creating a visual expression of your inner journey. Together, in a supportive circle, you’ll reflect, create, and connect in a way that feels restorative and inspiring.
