Turning the Page: An Art + Mindfulness Experience
Release what’s complete. Paint what’s next.
Life moves fast—and many women carry more than they realize. Old emotions. Old pressure. Old seasons that quietly followed them forward.
Turning the Page is a two-hour, intimate Art + Mindfulness experience created to help you pause with intention, soften what feels heavy, and reconnect with clarity, peace, and inner alignment—without needing to “fix” anything.
Join Dr. Yanina Gomez and South Florida artist Paloma Eden for a beautiful morning of guided reflection, watercolor, curated bites, and mimosas—held in a quiet, supportive circle.
Begin with What’s Been
Through gentle mindfulness and reflective journaling, you’ll identify the layers that no longer fit—patterns, emotions, habits, or experiences that feel complete for this season.
Paint Your Release
You’ll create one layered watercolor piece on a single canvas. The first layers represent what you’re ready to acknowledge and soften. Then, with care, you’ll paint over them—not erasing the past, but honoring it—making room for renewal and what’s ready to emerge.
Sip, Breathe, Reconnect
As you enjoy curated bites and mimosas, you’ll be guided to respond through color, texture, and movement—letting the creative process become a quiet act of reflection, release, and integration.
A One-of-a-Kind Pause
No art experience needed.
This is not about perfection—it’s about presence, truth, and meaningful transformation.
You’ll leave with a finished piece that holds both where you’ve been and what you’re choosing next.
Why This Experience Matters
Gently close one season. Welcome the next.
This is more than a creative morning—it’s a quiet chance to pause and lovingly close what’s been heavy. You’ll slow down, reflect, and notice what no longer fits… then gently release it.
A Soft Kind of Transformation
With each watercolor layer, you’ll practice letting go and making room—without rushing, forcing, or pretending you’re “fine.”
How You’ll Leave
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded—with a simple, beautiful reminder of the space you created for what’s next.
