Wonderland Tea & Canvas Experience

An Art + Mindfulness Tea Party for Mothers, Daughters & Grandmothers

A sweet morning of tea, imagination, and togetherness…

If life has felt fast lately, this is your invitation to slow down—just long enough to laugh, sip something lovely, and create a keepsake you’ll actually want to hang on the wall.

Designed for ages 5-11, Wonderland Tea & Canvas is a whimsical, story-led Art + Mindfulness experience inspired by the imaginative spirit of Alice in Wonderland. You’ll step into a guided “fantasy journey” designed to help you and your child (grandchild, or niece) connect, express, and create—together.

Join Dr. Yanina Gomez (mindset + emotional wellness expert) and Florida-based artist Paloma Eden for a two-hour Wonderland Tea & Canvas Art + Mindfulness tea party designed for mothers/dads, daughters, and grandmothers (or aunties & nieces)—a whimsical, story-led morning where you’ll slow down, sip tea, and create one collaborative painting together through guided “pause-and-paint” moments.

No art experience needed. Just bring your heart… and a hat. 🫖🎩

The “Wonderland” Twist (what makes it different…)

This isn’t a paint-and-sip class. It’s a guided experience.

You’ll be led through a narrated fantasy storyline, and three times during the story, you’ll pause to paint.

At each pause, your pair (or trio) will gently “project” what you’re noticing—images, emotions, reactions, and ideas—into one shared canvas. By the end, you’ll have a finished collaborative artwork that captures your unique experience as a family.

One canvas per group + One shared memory + One beautiful takeaway.

What’s Included

  • Step into a guided mindfulness + fantasy story journey

  • Pause and paint through intentional creative reflection moments

  • Create one collaborative canvas per group (larger canvas for Option 2)

  • Enjoy all art materials plus tea, juices, and themed bites curated for the occasion

  • Get supported by an assisting artist on-site as you paint together

  • Unlock exclusive 15% savings on gallery artwork during the event as our thank-you for joining us

What you’ll leave with (besides a full heart)

  • A completed collaborative painting (one per group)

  • Meaningful connection time across generations

  • A simple mindfulness rhythm you can reuse at home: pause, notice, express

  • More creative confidence for both kids and adults

  • A light, lovely memory that feels different than “the usual.”

We’re hosting a limited number of canvases —and once they’re gone, they’re gone. This experience is special because it stays intimate, calm, and personal.

If you’ve been wanting a sweet mom/dad-daughter or grandma-granddaughter (or grandma + mom + daughter) moment that feels truly special… this is it.

Quick Notes…

  • No art experience needed. This is supportive and beginner-friendly.

  • Tea party outfits encouraged — hats recommended.

  • Designed for ages 5–11.
